Booking platform FAQ

No – the price you see is the price you pay. Simply find your perfect holiday home, select the dates of your stay….and book!

We accept a number of payment methods:

  • Credit card/debit card
  • PayPal
  • Bitcoin (manual processing)
  • Ethereum (manual processing) 

Confirmation is instant when paying with Credit/debit cards and PayPal. A booking confirmation will be sent to your email address.

If paying with Bitcoin or Ethereum, we will manually process the booking and email the confirmation once the funds have cleared.  

Perhaps your villa is already reserved on those dates. Not to worry – we have many other rental listings that may be suitable for your stay. 

Please refer to our cancellation policy. If you qualify for a free cancellation, please email us with your booking reference number and will process accordingly and return your funds.

Yes – we can arrange airport transfers and taxi arrangements.

No – standard bookings do not provide any food or house staff expect for a welcome pack and greeting.

Property Management FAQ

Yes – we offer full rental management services so you can sit back and enjoy a high-rate passive income.

We take care of property maintenance, rental bookings, SEO, listing and marketing, guest management and accounting.

Step 1. We will visit your property and provide an appraisal detailing:

  • Market demand based on your property type and condition
  • Earning expectations per month/per annum
  • Suggested property improvements (if any)

Step 2. Signing of contract between property owner and Amed Villa Management

Step 3. Begin content creation, online marketing and listing management on Airbnb and all mjor booking platforms

Step 4. Receive profits into your bank on a monthly basis

 

 

The full plan is charged at 20% of your gross revenue.

Absolutely – it is your property so you can use it in any way you wish. Simply reserve the dates you wish to stay and your listing will be removed from the booking platforms.

Yes – you have access to the owners dashboard where you can review bookings and finance statements.

At the end of each month you will get a profit and loss statement with a payment advice detailing the transfer of funds to you. 

You can decide on where we send you funds. To an oversea bank or to a bank account in Bali.

You can review your rental performance at any time by using the owners dashboard. The profit and loss statements clearly show your income, expenses and tax deductions. 

 

Our in-house maintenance team assesses work that needs to be done and charge for repair parts only.

If the repair work requires an external contractor, we will provide a quote to you before approving the work.  

Guests must adhere to our Booking policies and the policies of property owners. We are legally obligated to collect government ID of all guests.
