Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of 10% of the rent total. The damage deposit is payable upon booking. It will be automatically refunded on 2 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.

FREE CANCELLATION:
- Full refund of the booking fee if cancelled at least 30 days before the check-in date, applicable year-round.
STANDARD CANCELLATION:
- 50% refund of the booking fee if cancelled between 30 and 15 days before check-in, excluding the Deposit and any incurred costs (e.g., platform fees).
- No refund for cancellations less than 14 days before check-in.
EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES:
- Full refund (excluding Deposit and fees) if cancellation is due to government-issued travel restrictions, natural disasters (e.g., volcanic activity, floods), or severe health emergencies (e.g., pandemics) affecting Bali, provided evidence is submitted within 7 days of cancellation. The Management Company reserves the right to verify claims.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days of approval.
NO-SHOW OR EARLY DEPARTURE:
- No refunds for no-shows or early departures, regardless of reason.
CANCELLATION PROCESS:
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to reservations@amedvillamanagement.com. Notice is effective upon receipt.
- The Management Company will confirm receipt and refund eligibility within 3 business days.
FORCE MAJEURE:
The Management Company is not liable for refunds due to unforeseen events (e.g., power outages, road closures) beyond its control, though efforts will be made to mitigate the impact (e.g., rescheduling).
