Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of 10% of the rent total. The damage deposit is payable upon booking. It will be automatically refunded on 2 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.

● STANDARD CANCELLATION:
‣ 50% refund of the booking fee if canceled between 30 and 15 days before check-in, excluding the Deposit and any incurred costs (e.g., platform fees).
‣ No refund for cancellations less than 14 days before check-in.
● EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES:
‣ Full refund (excluding Deposit and fees) if cancellation is due to government-issued travel restrictions, natural disasters (e.g., volcanic activity, floods), or severe health emergencies (e.g., pandemics) affecting Bali, provided evidence is submitted within 7 days of cancellation. The Management Company reserves the right to verify claims.
‣ Refunds will be processed within 7 days of approval.
● NO-SHOW OR EARLY DEPARTURE:
‣ No refunds for no-shows or early departures, regardless of reason.
● CANCELLATION PROCESS:
‣ All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to reservations@amedvillamanagement.com. Notice is effective upon receipt.
‣ The Management Company will confirm receipt and refund eligibility within 3 business days.
● FORCE MAJEURE:
‣ The Management Company is not liable for refunds due to unforeseen events (e.g., power outages, road closures) beyond its control, though efforts will be made to mitigate impact (e.g., rescheduling).
