Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction;

Thank you for using the Amed Villa Management holiday booking services. Your continued use of this website assumes your compliance and acceptance of the following terms and conditions of use.

2. Definitions;

  1. User: refers to any individual using the website and/or property reservation services offered as part of Amed Villa Management’s property booking platform.
  2. Guest: refers to an individual or group of individuals that have received a booking confirmation for a reservation made through Amed Villa Management’s property booking platform.
  3. Provider or Owner: refers to property owners listed on Amed Villa Management’s property booking platform.
  4. Booking: refers to the reservation of a property listed on Amed Villa Management’s property booking platform.

3. User and Guest responsibilities;

  1. Provide accurate information of guests information as prompted by the booking platform
  2. Understand the individual booking policies of listed properties on Amed Villa Management’s property booking platform
  3. Users must be at least 16 years old to make reservations though the booking platform

4. Booking Process;

  1. Users should take care when booking a property to make sure the property is fit for purpose. Reservations are confirmed once full payment is made.
  2. Some properties allow for deposit payments to be made. It is the User’s responsibility to review payment terms before making a reservation.
  3. Booking details will be emailed to the Guest once payment has been made.

5. Payment Terms

  1. Payments can be made with a valid credit card, debit card PayPal, bank wire transfer, Bitcoin and Ethereum.
  2. Under certain conditions, a 50% deposit may be accepted at the time of booking, with the outstanding balance due 10 days before check-in.
  3. All prices are quoted in United States Dollar by default and may include taxes and fees.

6. Cancellation Policy;

  1. Cancellations made 10 days before check-in will receive a full refund.
  2. Cancellations made within 10 days of check-in are non-refundable.
  3. Cancellation is subject to the policies of individual properties listed on Amed Villa Management’s property booking platform.
  4. Users should check the cancellation policy of a property before making a reservation.

7. Reservation Changes;

Contact us to request any reservation changes. Reservation changes are subject to availability and cancellation policies. In some case reservation changes may be incur additional fees.

8. Liability;

  1. Amed Villa Management is not responsible and accepts no liability for the actions and/or omissions of Providers or Owners of issues relating to the fair use of a listed property.
  2. Amed Villa Management does not provide insurance for Guest and Users.Guest and Users are encouraged to obtain travel insurance before their date of travel to cover unforeseen expenses.

9. Governing Law;

The Terms and Conditions displayed on this website are governed by the Laws of Indonesia. Any issue arising for the purchase of services from this website will be subject to the legal processes in Indonesia.

10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions;

Amed Villa Management reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior consent. Significant changes to these Terms and Conditions will be advertised on the Home page of the booking platform website www.amedvillamanagement.com
